Connection Opportunities

We offer a broad-range of ministries, programs and opportunities for families, couples and individuals of all ages.  Take a quick look at some of our ministries taking place weekly at CLC.

Weekly small group opportunities

When you enter the work world, you hear that “it is all about your connections.”  In part, this is very true.  We do become like those we connect with; we learn from them and make meaningful contributions to one another.

Genesis makes it clear that we are created in the image of God.  This means we are hard-wired for connection and relationships with one another, in addition to Him.  We need to seek and develop these connections.  Connecting is not optional.

2 year old - grade school programs

Zookidz is a dynamic ministry geared for children from birth through 5th grade. We strive not to just provide ‘childcare’ during our three weekend services, but to allow children a place to grow spiritually and an opportunity to meet Jesus. If your children are interested in being a part of our ministry, be CAUTIONED because your own little Zookidz might just become…

Middle school and High School student programs and activities

CLC youth

We are passionate about seeing this generation experience God and live completely devoted to Him.  The priority at CLC Youth is to help teens become self-sufficient, committed and lasting followers of Christ.  We create opportunities for student to grow in their relationship with Christ through weekly services, small groups, events, activities, and discipleship classes and mentoring.  We encourage teens to invite their friends to be part of God’s family and serve others in the community.

University of Montana campus outreach

Chi Alpha Campus Ministries

We are a Christian missional outreach to students at The University of Montana. There are over 300 Chi Alpha (or XA, for short) campus groups in the U.S., along with many chapters around the world. During the school year, Pursuit (our weekly gathering) meets every Wednesday at 7:30pm in the Urey Lecture Hall. Chi Alpha desires to be a community of worship and mission on the campus of UM.

Music, Media and Drama opportunities

Worship Arts

We are a family church with multiple generations.  By providing choices in musical style, we aim to help more people to really enter in and connect with God during the worship times.  One can also worship through creative and technical opportunities utilizing video, sound, lighting and more.

We also provide our annual Easter Alive production.  Easter Alive is a full scale live dramatic musical production that usually includes a cast of around 100 people, an original dramatic script that changes each year, live music, dance and effects. Open auditions are done in January of each year. The cast and musicians then begin rehearsing one to three times per week, and will have several performances over the Palm Sunday and Easter weekends, with an average attendance of 5,000 to 7,000.

Christian Life Center believes in Seniors. Your age factor does not lessen your value to ministry or importance in life. Seniors are a tremendous asset to the church and to the community. They have gone through life’s experience of raising their families, living through hard times at home or at the work place during emergencies, sickness, or losing their spouse. They are ‘Warriors of the Faith’ with Gems of Wisdom, who have learned patience and understanding with a loving and listening heart for families, spouses, kids, and grandchildren. They have been there. They know and have the time.

These are some of the activities available for Seniors:

Thursday at 6:30 p.m. at CLC:  Join the Golden Heirs each week to sing your favorite old hymns, learn spiritual truths in a short message, and enjoy a time of fellowship. Road trips, dinners, and other social activities are also scheduled. The seniors who frequent the Golden Heirs welcome persons of all ages and walks of life to participate.
